Beautiful autumn picture. I have seen very few mapples trees with autumn colors. I might go this weekend in the mountains as they should be red there.

Lovely! So, you answered my question from two days ago. Not quite autumn, yet? We're very colorful, here, although a storm brought down a good portion of the leaves, earlier in the week. Still, it's pretty.

@Bookfool: Sorry, I'm so behind in visiting others blogs and replying to comments. Yes, these last three shots were all taken the same day last year, on Dec. 9th! There are some hints of colour now so perhaps in another week or so we'll get out to take some autumn shots. :)
