at the rose garden

Yesterday we went to the same rose garden where we took photos this spring, for their fall rose festival. It gave me a chance to try out my new long lens (Olympus Zuiko Digital 70-300mm f/4-5.6). I don't always have the steadiest hands and rarely lug around a tripod so I wanted to see how the photos would turn out. Sure I still ended up with some shaky ones but some of them weren't too bad. Now I'm ready for the autumn leaves!

Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to comment. I still have a lot to learn so I really appreciate all your comments and suggestions. It may take me a while but I will try my best to return the visit.
